Tiger will be a cheated-small 1:8 scale puppet (85% of that scale), because it will be very large, about 50cm (18") when standing upright, and needs to easily interact in the set.
This puppet is the most demanding engineering challenge. The limbs will be FDM printed, the core body will be an EPS sphere, and the body panels will be vacuuformed. All of this is for the intent of keeping the puppet and limbs as light as possible, to make posing as easy as possible.
